Room Rates:
$109 single/double occupancy; $129 triple occupancy; $149 quad occupancy plus applicable taxes (currently 14.866%, subject to change) – based on availability, rates are good 2 days pre- and post-conference based on availability. Rooms must be guaranteed for one night with either a credit card, check, or cash for the first night’s lodging. Please identify yourself as an attendee to the National Quality Education Conference. Note: A minimum of three (3) rooms may be reserved under one name/credit card.

Cancellation:
Notification of cancellation of individual reservations must be received 72-hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid cancellation charges of one night plus taxes.

Hotel Purchase Orders:
Purchase orders must be sent to the attention of Ms. Sharon Hunt, Credit Manager, at the above address or to fax number 314-516-8148. All requests must be received a minimum of six weeks (September 28, 2007) prior to arrival and all charges must be identified and totaled (i.e., room and tax; room, tax, and incidentals, etc.). All purchase orders must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

To make purchase order reservations, call the hotel, make your hotel reservation, and get a confirmation number. Include that confirmation number with the purchase order and send it to Ms. Hunt at the hotel. For those attendees that do not wish to use a credit card to guarantee their reservation, they must inform reservations that they will be settling charges with a Purchase Order. Reservations will be held without a credit card guarantee but will be released if Purchase Orders are not received four (4) weeks prior to the conference date. Cut Off Date
Reservations must be made by Friday, October 12, 2007 or when the block of rooms at the hotel have been filled; whichever occurs first. Attendees are encouraged to make hotel reservations early.

Transportation:
The hotel is located approximately 15 miles from the Lambert International Airport. Cabs are approximately $25.00 each way; shuttle busses are available at the baggage claim area and cost $15.00 per person, one-way or $25.00 per person, round trip. Prices are subject to change (prices effective 6/06)
