Education Team Excellence Competition

Guidelines and Deadlines

Eligibility
All education teams from around the world are eligible (teams are limited to five members). The team can be any combination of students, staff, administrators and PTA/PTO members. Your project must have been completed in the last 2 years and achieved measurable results by June 2007.

Entry Process and Deadlines

May 18, 2007 - Complete the online intent to apply form.

June, 2007 - Create a PowerPoint file of your completed project. Ensure that it aligns with the Education Team Excellence Competition Criteria. Include speaker notes for each slide. Limit your file to 150 slides. Please attach your PowerPoint presentation to the online entry form.

June 13, 2007 - Complete the online entry form. Submit your PowerPoint file with the form.

Fees

Preliminary fee: $150 per team
Conference registration fee: $380 individual ASQ member rate, $340 per person with team/district rate

Payment Options

ASQ accepts online payment through Visa or Mastercard. If you need to pay with a check or wire transfer you may mail your payment and entry form to ASQ, 600 North Plankinton Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53201-3005 USA.
