$139 single/double occupancy; $159 triple occupancy; $169 quad occupancy and applicable taxes (currently 14.13, subject to change). Based on availability, rates are good two (2) days pre- and post-conference. Rooms must be guaranteed for one night with either a credit card, check, or cash for the first night’s lodging. The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront is located in the heart of the downtown business, entertainment, and sports district, adjacent to the Jacksonville Landing, (dining, entertainment, and shopping), and the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts, and within minutes of Jacksonville beaches and shopping.
Notification of cancellation of individual reservations must be received 24-hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid cancellation charges of one night plus taxes.
Purchase orders must be sent to the attention of the Credit Manager at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville at the above address or to fax number 904-360-8699. All requests must be received a minimum of six weeks (September 10, 2009) prior to arrival and all charges must be identified and totaled (i.e., room and tax; room, tax, and incidentals, etc.). All purchase orders must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
To make purchase order reservations, call the hotel, make your hotel reservation, and get a confirmation number. Include that confirmation number with the purchase order and send it to the Credit Manager at the hotel. For those attendees that do not wish to use a credit card to guarantee their reservation, they must inform reservations that they will be settling charges with a Purchase Order. Reservations will be held without a credit card guarantee but will be released if Purchase Orders are not received four (4) weeks prior to the conference date. Reservations must be made by Thursday, October 1, 2009, or when the block of rooms at the hotel have been filled; whichever occurs first. Attendees are encouraged to make hotel reservations early.

The hotel is located approximately 14 miles from the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). Cabs are approximately $40.00 each way; shuttles are $35.00 each way for 1–2 people, $12.00 each for 3 or more people (prices effective 08/08.)
Express Shuttle (airport shuttle service): This shuttle runs continuously at the airport with no reservation required. Note that this shuttle stops at all passenger requested hotel stops. Pick up is at Post #4. Pricing: (each way, based on individuals going to the same hotel) $35.00 for 1-2 people - $12.00 each for 3 or more people (prices subject to change)
Hyatt Destination Planning Shuttle Services (Hyatt Regency Jacksonville): This service is a pre-arranged and pre-paid service which picks up at the airport and delivers you directly to the Hyatt. Pricing: (each way per individual): $22.00. Please complete and return the appropriate reservation form.
