$99 single/double occupancy; $109 triple occupancy; $119 quad occupancy, plus $3.00 per room, per night resort fee (includes round-trip airport shuttle service 19 hours per day, covered valet parking, covered self parking, and unlimited local phone calls), and applicable taxes (currently 13.5%, subject to change). Based on availability, rates are good 3 days pre- and post-conference. Rooms must be guaranteed for one night with either a credit card, check or cash for the first night’s lodging. In the event a deposit is not received within 14 days of arrival, the room will automatically be released. Please refer to Group Code ASQ08 when making reservations. Note: Written authorization is required to confirm transfer of room deposits on guest name changes. Additionally, no more than three (3) reservations can be made under one name.
Notification of cancellation of individual reservations must be received 24-hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid cancellation charges of one night plus taxes.
Purchase orders must be sent to the attention of Ms. Meg Kennedy, Sales Manager, at P.O. Box 3920, Reno, NV 89505 or to fax number 775-325-7340. All requests must be received a minimum of six weeks (October 2, 2008) prior to arrival and all charges must be identified and totaled (i.e., room and tax; room, tax, and incidentals, etc.). All purchase orders must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
To make purchase order reservations, call the hotel, make your hotel reservation, and get a confirmation number. Include that confirmation number with the purchase order and send it to Ms. Kennedy at the hotel. For those attendees that do not wish to use a credit card to guarantee their reservation, they must inform reservations that they will be settling charges with a Purchase Order. Reservations will be held without a credit card guarantee but will be released if purchase orders are not received four (4) weeks prior to the conference date. Reservations must be made by Thursday, October 23, 2008 or when the block of rooms at the hotel have been filled; whichever occurs first. Attendees are encouraged to make hotel reservations early.

The hotel is located approximately four miles from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Cabs are approximately $12.00 each way; complimentary Silver Legacy Hotel shuttle busses are located outside of baggage claim in the Hotel Shuttle area from 5:00 a.m. to midnight. Prices are subject to change.
