This will not be a presentation but an opportunity for you to review the alignment, integration, and deployment of systems within your school district. We will do this by setting the stage for the discussion, allowing time to assess examples that illustrate what aligned, integrated, or deployed systems look like, and then discuss what we have learned. Examples come from verified management practices of high performing school districts. The goal of this coaching experience is for you to be able to refine the organizational components of alignment, integration, and deployment so that comprehensive, relevant, focused, and linked systems are optimized in your school district.
