All education teams from around the world are eligible (teams are limited to five members). The team can be any combination of students, staff, administrators and PTA/PTO members. Your project must have been completed in the last two years and achieved measurable results by August 2009.
Step 1 - by July 24: Complete Intent to Submit.
Step 2 - by August 2: Create a PowerPoint file (maximum file size 3 MB) that describes your completed project. Make sure it aligns with ASQ’s Team Excellence criteria. PowerPoint file should include speaker notes for each slide (limit 75 slides). Speaker notes must be able to be read aloud within a 30-minute time period.
Step 3 - by August 3: Complete team entry form and upload PPT file, team photo, and company logo (for entries using a credit card).
Preliminary fee: $150 per team
Conference registration fee: $350
